Stix ‘n Specs are the life of any party.

The band’s sense of fun is thoroughly infectious and their diverse repertoire – including hits from more than five decades – is guaranteed to make even the most shy partygoer sing, dance and smile.

I’ve been fortunate to book Stix ‘n Specs for my past three annual Christmas parties – which cater for more than 100 invited guests. Once the supper has been laid out, the eggnog put at the bar and the champagne corks popped, I’ve been able to sit back (or hit the dance floor), knowing the night will be a roaring success, thanks to Verity and the guys behind the microphones, guitars, bass and keyboard … and drummer Stix.

Stix ‘n Specs are a highly professional, talented outfit with a particular skill for helping party guests (and hosts) relax and let their hair down. Oh, and they sound great, too.

Seaford Community Christmas Carols

I just want to say how much we enjoyed your performance.

 To the band, Wow,wow, wow!!  You had a great time and so did we.  I found I could no longer sit in my chair – the rhythm and music was so great it was impossible to just sit – one had to get up and groove a little.  Well done!!

I watched some of the little children and a few parents come up to the stage.  The children were moving round and round in circles with their eyes shut in apparent absolute bliss  while you were playing some of your rhythms.  This said it all to me – it was so lovely to witness.

Thank you for making the night such a great success – I believe it was the best we have yet had and much of that was thanks to you all.

To Stix and Specs

Dear Rob,

For the last 3 years Stix and Specs have provided the music for our Christmas Celebrations (Christmas in Meadows).

During those three years Stix and Specs have become the highlight of our celebrations, and this year attracting our largest audience. They are an immensely popular band and their style and range of music is really enjoyed by all. Their interaction with the audience ensures that listeners and dancers are all satisfied.

At the end of this years celebrations the audience were asking for more and have ensured that I book them again for our celebrations this year.
